为凯斯西储大学设计的Angewandte Chemie杂志封面,An electrochemical biosensor based on CRISPR‐Cas12a (cpf1), termed E‐CRISPR, is reported by Y. Dai, A.?I. Caplan, C.?C. Liu et?al. in their Research Article (DOI: doi: 10.1002/anie.201910772). The recognition and the following cleavage activities of CRISPR‐Cas12a make CRISPR itself an integrated sensing and actuating system. Transducing the CRISPR activity through electrochemistry delivers an electrochemical biosensor for the detection of nucleic acids and proteins.
